Exchange / Return Policy

All Sales Are FINAL.  Costumes may exchanged, however shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.  Costumes must be in re-sellable (not worn) condition. 

CHECK OUT OUR SIZING CHARTS BEFORE ORDERING.

Contact us so that we may assist you and issue a Return Authorization # for any return or exchange.

Any "unauthorized" returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Sorry, we cannot issue exchanges/refunds for the following items:  Makeup, Masks, Leg Wear, Body Suits, Teeth, Contact Lenses or Life-Size Standups.
